Naples Lakes Country Club offers an Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course built by Toll Brothers in 1999. The course boasts generous landing areas with lakes and preserves surrounding many of the fairways and greens. Strategic bunkers off the tees and around the greens make the course challenging and tests the accuracy of all players. Missed approach shots on the wrong side of the green will require an excellent short game. The course has 6 sets of tees ranging from 4535 yards to 6665 yards, for a wonderful challenge for all players to enjoy. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen has Corian countertops and upgraded appliances. The spacious family room overlooks the pool and lanai area. There is a formal dining room, laundry room, and two-car attached garage.
The Master Bedroom suite has a king-sized bed and gorgeous master bathroom with large soaking tub and separate shower. The second and third bedrooms have a queen-sized bed and two twin-sized beds, and share their own private bathroom. The bedrooms are carpeted and the remainder of house is ceramic tiled.
There is a private, in-ground, heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi spa with covered lanai.
