About Us

Pelican Properties, Inc. is a family owned business that exclusively rents private vacation homes and condominiums in Naples, Florida.  We have been in business since 2001, when we began renting our first home that we had purchased.    Due to the success of our rentals, we have been asked by other Naples’ homeowners to assist in renting their home and/or condominium.

At Pelican Properties, Inc., we pride ourselves on the individual service and attention we are able to give our clients.  We have limited our customer base to a maximum of 20 properties so we can maintain the high quality service we have become known for. 

We personally handle all rental inquiries, contracts, rental fees, and security deposit refunds.  No third party involvement.  Pelican Properties can be found on many high-end web sites.  All properties are exceptionally well-equipped and we offer help in obtaining any special needs for adults or children.

A great portion of our success is due in part to our management company.  They handle all cleaning, pool and lawn service, pest control, weekly home inspections, key pick up, and prompt 24 -7 service for any questions or issues that may arise for the renter throughout their stay.  We too are available 24-7 by home phone or cell phone.
